7,000 sq. ft. creative facility located on Los Angeles’ westside. This modern photography and film studio is designed to support productions at every level and is available for both short- and long-term engagements.

The space features two white cycloramas (35' x 30' x 15' and 15' x 15' x 15'), offering flexibility for everything from full commercial builds to lean creative shoots. Please note the green cyc previously shown in photos is now painted white. A dedicated colored backdrop flex space allows for additional creative variation within the stage footprint.

Beyond the stage, the facility includes a kitchen, conference room, hair and makeup / wardrobe area with vanity stations, green rooms, multi-media / podcast room, two private bathrooms, outdoor space, and designated parking. The studio is equipped with 200-amp power, car-accessible garage door entry, high-speed internet, HVAC, and full grip, lighting, and digital packages available for rental.
